Sales and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with every plan and credit pack you buy on Animake. That's why we offer a 24-hour refund policy with no questions asked*. If you're not satisfied with a credit pack or with the first payment for a plan, simply let us know within 24 hours of the payment and we'll process your refund promptly.

* Please note that, because credits are used up as soon as you use them to generate or retarget animations, purchases whose credits have already been used are not covered by the 24-hour no questions asked policy. For those purchases, we may need to review your request before a refund can be approved.

In addition, we also offer a 7-day refund policy for cases where the service is faulty or not working as expected, for example when you cannot generate or download animations because of a problem on our side. However, please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request within the 7-day window without providing a reason.

You never need to ask for credits back when a generation goes wrong: if a generation fails, or you cancel it before it starts processing, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

You can cancel your plan at any time in the Stripe billing portal available in your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the credits you have already received stay on your balance, as credits never expire.

When a purchase is refunded, the money is returned to your original payment method through Stripe and the credits added by that purchase are removed from your balance. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in our Terms of Service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your Animake account, or contact us through a ticket on our Discord server. We want to ensure that Animake meets your expectations and helps you create great animations. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
